After Your Massage Session

Your Breathe is a constant companion...use it to help you become conscious of when you "Shut Down" with tension and anxiety. In a tense, emotional or upsetting situation, become aware of your breathe. the tone of your breathing can immediately relieve stress.
Be Gentle with Yourself
Allow yourself extra time to rest, relax and integrate your massage experience. Some people feel energized, others will feel sluggish. Your body's muscles and systems are not used to being "Stirred Up." This is a normal reaction. Also keep mind that if you are not active, you are more likely to have aches and pains following your massage. If anything persists, please notify us.
Drink Water or Fluids
Massage aids the body's circulation and elimination process. Help your body flush the toxins by drinking plenty of water or liquids immediately following the massage and throughout the day.
